Randy Williams Books and DVDs
We are fortunate that our chief instructor, Sifu Randy Williams, has produce probably the best set of Wing Chun books and DVDs on the planet! Good news is that what you see in the books/DVDs is exactly what we teach. Therefore they are 100% relevant.
See below for details of Randy's available books and DVDs.
If you are a CRCA UK student, please come to us first before buying books/DVDs elsewhere. This is because we can usually supply a discount and save you money (strictly CRCA members only).
If you do not belong to the CRCA and want to buy any of Randy's books or DVDs, you should find them available online through book shops and martial arts stores (try Google).
Randy's New Books
Randy's new books build upon his original set with an extra 20 years-worth of experience. Even if you have his original books, these are still an essential buy, providing new essays and updates/extensions to essays found in the original set.
Randy's First Book Set
Published in 1989, these books are a Wing Chun masterpiece! Unfortunately, they are now out of print so are very difficult to get hold of, especially in the UK. The good news is that they are soon to be republished (with some updates from the author). We do not have a release date yet, but will let you know as soon as we hear.
If you have the new book set, we would still advise you to get this series, as you will find some essays in there that you won't see in the new set. You also get full explanations (with photos) of each form, move by move (the new book set only shows movements from the Dummy Form).
Volume 1 - Siu Leem Tau and Basic Theory
Volume 2 - Chum Kiu and Footwork
